At 1200 m of altitude, the Saint Eloi Chalet hung up on the cliff overhanging the mountain stream of Pau, offers you a panorama that stretches from the village to the Gavarnie corrie and the Brèche de Rolland, going through the Héas valley and the Troumouse or Estaubé corries, essential way to go to the Mont-Perdu...





The Saint Eloi Chalet is open all year long. We welcome you in 11 individual rooms from 2 to 5 people. Our capacity is of 32 persons. All our bedrooms have a view on the mountain, they are spacious, bright and all equipped with a private bathroom; shower washbasin or WC, shower and washbasin.
You will take and share your meals in the great dining room, conviviality place facing the crests of the Gavarnie corrie.
The living room will offer you the mild heat of its fireplace. Board games, TV and brochures about the mountain are at your disposal.
Private car park. The gite is surrounded by great open spaces.

In the Saint Eloi Chalet, the meals are "magic". Cathy does a family and original cooking. Behing her cook stoves, she is intent on filling you up with her tasty and various dishes. Mountain lover, she likes to go hiking and knows well that the stomach needs "healthy and restorative" food and if you go hiking even more. As a result, you will go travelling in the country of Creativity, Novelty and Taste....
.... Hotpot of pork with lemon and ginger, chicken with cardamom or saffron, duck breast with honey or orange sauce, risotto, ORIGINAL COOKING SIDE.
A copious breakfast is served at will. It is made up of wet bread, toasts, jams and honey, gingerbread, fruit juice.... yoghurts.
