Henceforth.... anything is possible, an outing, a hike, skiing, fishing, climbing... Escapades at whatever rhythm suits you the best to the cirque d'Estaubé, Troumouse or Gavarnie the most famous one with it's staggered terraces where the Pau river gushes out it's waterfall at 400 m height .... Hill walks on the GR 10 footpath in the National Park taking you to such famous summits as the: Astazou, Piméné, Casque, Marboré where you can admire the sun light on the peaks, the harshness of the granit or the hugeness of the limestone cirques. The surroundings are imposing, a certain amount of effort is neeeded to get there but it's worth it. |

In the winter the snow covers the slopes of Especières, the Gavarnie ski resort, and those of Luz-Ardiden or Tourmalet... Surfs, patinettes, cross country or touring skis, snowshoes allow you to enjoy other sensations.
With the arrival of spring it is time for fishing in the torrents, rivers or mountain lakes. Nature starts to wake up again, and after a bend in the footpath you could surprise a marmot. Izards, large birds of prey such as the Lammergeyer will observe you.
Here the fauna and flora are protected and this must be respected.
Sensation specialists will enjoy Toy Country for it's sports and leisure activities :
canyonning, climbing, paragliding, descending the rivers with rafts or canoe kayak, horse trekking, bungee jumping....
